Our prime location offers a country setting that's close to the beach, the city of Foley, Fairhope and a short drive to Pensacola or Mobile. We'll point you in any direction if you want to know where the locals go for food and entertainment or other services.
Daily rates: Less than 3 nights the rate is $75 per night. 3 nights or more the rate is $68.00/night
Weekly rates: 7 days and six night weekly rate is $249.
Monthly Rate: $575 per month all inclusive. The monthly rate includes your internet, television, electricity, water, sewer and trash. Every lot has 50 amp, 30 amp and 20 amp 110 vac.
Highspeed Broadband Internet: Included in the monthly rate as well as daily and weekly stays.
Television: Included are hundreds of TV stations to watch
Additional Parking: Additional parking is provided but does require prior approval.

Zero Tolerance Policy: This is notice that our RV park has no tolerance policy on illicit activities in our park including drug use and any other illegal activities or any activity / behavior that disrupts other park visitors or violate our terms and conditions. Violations of park rules or complaints from other guests are cause for expulsion.
